I ain’t good in writing poetry. I’m better at explaining things. I love certainty. I don’t like complicated things. Poetry is sometimes complicated.
But sometimes it’s good to have something different. So here goes a pathetic attempt of writing a poetry to reply Chic’s poetry – Perception change?.
What is your perception towards this piccie? A vase? or A kiss?

Title: Hormone’s not good for your health (lol).Is it perception or a change of heart?
Flare of emotions when somethings beyond the reach,
So you say the perception change, because there’s no bullseye in this shot of dart,
Can you truly say that its your own perception without a flinch?Perception changed when you have no core,
When you listened too much, and your minds got bore,
That’s when your emotion take over, putting its score,
Ironic; you say its our fault to be ego, can’t you see you’re being a whore?We apologize but you just don’t listen,
You say that its fake and our points are missing.
You kill our patience when we’re smithing like a kitten,
Or should we just give you the truth right to the face, cheek-slapping?Emotion’s driven by hormone which is why you’re a girl,
Pride of a man stands the ego’s become bigger.
Put both aside and it shouldn’t be a swirl,
But when we give you that, what else do you want, motherfucker?Nothing bothers me because I’ve said what I need,
I do have stands; skepticism’s my middle name,
But can you deal with logics, starve the emotion from being feed,
Start talking, but why the silence clam in the shame?You said we’re immature and throw rocks at our things,
But do you realize, without me (and my species) that you’re nothing??

Well, your thoughts are yours. There are some parts that I don’t totally agree… but there’s nothing wrong with it. So I have no problem with anything you said.
Just the part where “can’t you see you’re being a whore”, sounds very hmm…. I dont like sgt… but biar la kan. I called the boys sickening jugak. Lala~
Like what you said, girls are born with their emo-S, and the boys with their ego-S. And all I’m asking are for tolerance and balance. And bila tak dapat, gender-isme (ada ke ayat ni?) pun happens. Salahkan satu kaum terus! Hoho
Applying the fault to the whole gender is totally wrong, but sometimes that’s the easiest way. And bila dah/tengah/sedang emo, apa-apa pun boleh keluar. Haih..
Eh takpe la. I just don’t understand boys. And I bet I’ll never understand them ever cause I’m a girl. And that’s a fact. Jadi, I’m letting it go. Anyone can be whatever they want.
But a man who acts like a little boy and think he’s all BIG and is always right do NOT deserve my respect. A man who thinks he can be Emo, but wouldn’t let anyone else be Emo to him and wouldn’t accept that HE IS ACTUALLY EGO AND EMO, is somehow do not deserve to call themselves a man. But what else to do? Boys and ego-S comes in package. There’s no way for it to be separated. So its either we accept it or we don’t.
Whatever la kan. I’m being emo because I’m a girl, a girl who is being emotional when a boy acts all ego. So seem pretty balance la kot. Eh takpe la. Abaikan. I have no problem with them. Except for that few ppl yg don’t deserve my respect tu. Yg lain tu,macam korang tak carik pasal ngan aku, then kite takde masalah okeh.
Tapi tu la. I’m more mad to myself sebab pegi layan his ego tuh, which let my emo naek macam gile. Kwang2. What I’m trying to say here, there’s no specific answer of who’s right or wrong. But, if kite be considerate with each other, put up with each others’ ego and emo, then everything will be fine.

the “whore” part tuh, ehe.. no offense. just like you calling “the” boys as sickening, so do i called “the” girl as a whore. hehehe.
respect is something to be earned. as what you say, if we put up with each other emo and ego, then everything will be fine. but what if only one side is giving efforts to put up with the other emo and ego?
that kind don’t deserve my respect anymore. huhuh.

i take ur poem seriously into my heart…wuuu…dont have that harsh grudge against the female species ok…I admit it that women are complicated and can sometimes screw your mind up…but pleasee take into account that these kinds of words can hurt really bad…Yes, emotion driven women and egoistic men…it’s the yin yang of the world..we’re here to teach each other for better, not for worst..thats my personal opinion..hopefully in the near future, your poem will sound more optimistic towards our gender

I am sorry for the harsh words in my poem, and I am sorry if you’re accidentally hurt by that. Its not my intention to hurt you, nor other women that is not directly related with what I am trying to express.
True, its the yin yang of the world, and human are here to teach each other for better. But sometimes there are people who exists not to learn, or to listen. And this people try to get my respect, but in return, not giving any respect?
Sorry to say Aween, I hate that kind of women (or men) that have no principal at all, and with no respect at all. Trying to get the upper hand without paying the price.

I apologize to you Aween, for accidentally hurting your feeling with that expression. Thanks for the hope of positive and optimistic poem after this. Its not that I have a grudge or anything towards your gender as a whole, no.
Its just that I have that kind of views for some people, who happened to be the same gender as yours. I am sorry for generalizing in that poem, but some facts need to be served cold.

hey..that’s ok..I always express my anger too..but I always specified the targeted people..hehe…yeah, life has its ups and downs. There’s still good people in this world. A door is closed, but many windows are opening…maybe they seem smaller, but plenty of choices right? Dunnoe if u understand my analog.hehe
