Let’s start with the joy before sorrow, shall we?

My girl came down to join me watching Euphonious. I’m really glad that she’s here, it reduced the pain of missing in my heart, and I appreciated it much that I can’t say it with any flowery words. I’m happy that she came, and sorry Mia, for that I can’t contact you to join the fun of Euphonious together even though I know you were here.. hihi!

It starts with the performance from Dharma and his bands, and even though I missed the Starsearch back then, I guess he deserved the champion title. I was sitting behind F00′s girl, and I can saw her getting excited when Dharma’s performed (sorry F00, but seeing that, sometimes I doubt whether she’s the girl you bring in K5 gathering )

The first band: old;">Tomorrow Ends presenting Hurricane – Scorpion, Seized the Day – Avenged Sevenfold (Mia, its not that the song is not popular; for a facts – funeral_coyle_forbid (the guitarist) has promoted the songs in k5, and I have the video of the original songs ), and end up with Iris – Goo Goo Dolls. Hurricane was the best, Seized the Day can be better, and Iris is great.

If only they played in this order: Iris, Seized the Day, and Hurricane the last, I’d say that the performance will be better. But I loved the solo played by funeral and the drums from qalhae!

Then the performance continued with the champion: old;">The Capoiz presenting Terharu – song popularized by Mawi, I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing – Aerosmith, and medley of Hanya Memuji (Shanty & Marcell) combined with Saat Bahagia (P. Ramlee).

They are truly the winners. Their stage confidence, their technical music arrangement, and all I did was sitting in amazement. Well, my girl voted for them.

After that was old;">Fallen. The vocalist voice was great. Truly Mia, even though their performance quite bored, but the vocalist is the best for a male. He deserved the best vocalist. (Well for female, I’d say Kak Pah that sing along 4:25 is the best. Seriously, her voice stunned me until my girl raised her eyebrow towards me ;p)

Next was old;">Excuse Me. Gee.. this is another reason that I got some raised eyebrow from my girl. They are really hot sexually! The drummer’s eye-flirting-action was.. well.. push the male adrenalin to the max. The crowd behind me was screaming “Haa drummer tuh.. focus drummer tuh!! Yeahh!!”

Their songs are simple. Performance-wise, nothing much except for the bassist and drummer. Apart from the facts that they are cutie hot babes, seeing a girl plucking the bass without the pick is a great one. Seriously, the strings for the bass are thicker than ordinary guitar, even me need a pick if I have to play bass guitar. So she got some skills.

Drummer, again apart from the facts that she is one cutie hot babes with great winks and smile, playing drum with good fast tempo alongside the bassist is one undeniable skill. I can’t play the drum at all, so seeing a girl playing it without flinching, I gotta admit I’m impressed.

Ah, just an opinion from me: Actually apart from the drummer (the drummer is cute in my eyes ), the other girls is not really that hot. Yeah they got the boobs and stuff, but not to be exxagerated. So I wondered whether the so-called innocent RM can see them with lusty eyes? Nothing lusty about them! I’m not horny at all seeing them; close-mind!!

The last will be 4:25 – the band I voted for. Very balanced song. Classical up to the contemporary. And as said earlier, Kak Pah’s voice is really the bomb. Equipped with the 2 guitar action from F00, accordian, and their other mates, I’d say they are great!!

And the judges who commented on their uniform is really, I mean really, AF-oriented and music-blind. Igt boy band kaa nak pakai seragam?

Additional performance from Aunty Mable’s – the champion of Blast Off! really rock the hall with Queen – We Will Rock You (that’s the only song that I know!) and also Doc Mat’s with the Jazz academy is really soothing. Its great as a finishing.

So what’s the sorrow? Nahh not about Tomorrow Ends didn’t get number 3 or Aunty Mable’s didn’t get their gifts on stage. Its about my friends – Muner (fire_chrome) and Mazrep (escapad) who was unsatisfied with the Euphonious management itself.

After the competition, I bring my girl to mapley along with Mira, Uena, and Gomok to hang out with Muner and Mazrep, but they are so emo and pissed off that our tables rarely sound. Only some giggles from Mira, Uena and my girl talking about girl stuffs. I’m not really sure about what they pissed off, but for a fact – they are the only two committee dealing backstage. And other committee can be seen idling around and not giving their 100% or something.

Well, my joy but somebody sorrow. What a night.
